You will have 7 days from receiving return instructions to return your product to our UK distribution centre - we recommend using a tracked delivery method for your security. We cannot accept responsibility for any packages that we have not received.
3) You must send date-stamped photographs clearly showing the the colour of your teeth both before, and after treatment to our customer support team at the time of requesting your refund authorization. You must also provide details of your routine when using the Zero Peroxide kit.
Providing all of the above terms are met then your refund will be processed within 2 working days and the full purchase price, minus a $20 USD processing charge will be refunded to the same card with which you made the original transaction. Refunds are issued at our discretion and we reserve the right to refuse a refund should any of the above terms not be met or if, in our opinion, the date-stamped photographs you provide clearly show an improvement in the appearance of your teeth.
Cancellations
You may cancel your purchase providing that you return any products (including any free goods, see 8.4 in Terms and Conditions) already delivered to you at your expense by registered post within 7 days of receiving your products – as per distance selling regulations. Please contact us to request instructions for returning your purchase under the distance selling regulations.
